​It is essential that the building is maintained to the highest standards. We survey our sites and undertake periodic checks to ensure the building complies with the requisite legislation.
Our surveyors are RICS approved and leading professionals in their field.
​The lease places a requirement for certain maintenance work to be periodically undertaken. There will of course also be occasions when emergency repair work is required.
What makes us unique is that we have our own dedicated in house maintenance teams to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and guarantee the necessary resilience to react quickly when required.
