The cost of running a site is borne by the respective owners. We believe that save for an adequate reserve fund service charges should be kept to the minimum.
Our accounts department will ensure that service charge costs are kept to the minimum therefore maximising profit from rental income.
A full set of accounts will be sent to each owner at the end of the financial year. Historical accounts and accounts information throughout the year is available anytime upon request and at no charge.
